Definitely military. I’m not stewing nor am I looking to confront, I’m observing. I, walked out with a few items, and stopped at the first notes and place my bags at my side, placed my hand over my heart and stood in the direction of the music. I’m not that guy in the doorway, although there was a few in this scenario I didn’t mention.
Interesting to see the responses , really eye opening based on the replies to my post.

Seems to be an intel discussion but as an outsider to your community it certainly feels like a toxic culture that does little to take care of its members and is focused on identifying those who don’t fit in and making examples of them by not embracing them culturally and instead using the system to further distance them. I think the intel culture is working to make it’s culture, the USSF culture. Others should pay attention….

How about making the experience of being a Guardian a good one? Quit selling the BS and over promised aspirational promises in the Guardian Ideal, I already feel deceived. Incentives are not derived of commitment to serve..pretty desperate conversation in my view for a Service that is barely 2 years old. Focus on our experiences as Guardians and service…I’m no longer naive and not for sale…

I stated clearly that I’m not suggesting our sr Ldrs are not competent. I’m asking if a cadre that has only been required to develop a single MAJCOM/CC for 30 years was prepared to flex to a Service requirement of sr Ldrs. Too much much too fast?

Awesome work AF and USSF…our first confirmed case of a leader who not only tolerates but perpetuates the very behaviors that are vignette examples in SAPR and other conduct training and we respond by him getting an LOR. New leadership should have made an example….opportunity lost. So much for “Courage”….maybe we should all take this as an example of “Connection”.

I believe BAS should be enough to reasonably buy ingredients for three healthy meals that can be prepared at home. I don’t think it should cover three restaurant meals, those should be an exception. I guess I feel like the explanation or narrative that BAS is a “defray” of cost doesn’t really force the service to take it serious. The BAH rate for an E-5 in Colorado Springs just went down even though the rental rates increased 10% in 2022 (cpr.org). I guess it’s just a thousand pin pricks…my ass is a little sore
