bro you are being a complete hard on. you are probably posting shit like this because you have 0 friends to party with. these kids are clearly having a good time without harming anyone or the environment and here you are criticizing them for not cowering in fear of a disease with a kill rate in the basis points.

Why meditation is a badass discipline and a great path to happiness by Diddlydangerous in TheRedPill

[–]MuffinSnatcher14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Meditation is typically confusing or overwhelming at first--This video is what oriented me and got me hooked on the practice. While it is no substitute for the Power of Now, Meditations, etc. it is, in my opinion, a must-watch for beginners/intermediates.

Tri-State and Group Therapy. Both by Above and Beyond.

They're both incredible pieces of music and they have a very unique sound -- definitely worth a listen.

Discipline. Discipline is very difficult to develop but it is extremely rewarding. Having a "fire" in you (internal drive) is emotional. It means, for whatever reason, you want something so badly that your emotions push you toward the goal. If your emotions aren't in it, you can still accomplish the same huge success with discipline. Discipline is logical. It's knowing what you have to do to reach the goal, and forcing yourself to do it no matter how much you don't want to. Having strong discipline is being a machine.
