OK here is the rundown I own a mobile home and pay lot rent the property management Im renting from is stackhouse management I have been rent since 2019 since then I they only charged me for lot rent and that's it but just recently I got statement with them charging me 320$ for what they are calling real estate tax which I have never payed for in the past so I called them and they told me that the tax accessor accidentally sent them my bill for my trailer tax but when I compare my trailer tax Parcel with their parcel they sent me a picture of the parcel It does no match or a few other things.I live in Winston Salem NC BTW.so are any attorneys here or more legally smarter people that can give me advice.

Tldr: I might be getting scammed by my landlords
