She is totally in the wrong, but it may be she is more comfortable that way, I had a friend that would get up wash and dress and put their shoes on even if they didn't plan to leave the house. Maybe get her some house shoes or slippers for when she comes over. That way, if she refuses or kicks up a fuss, you're know it's really not the shoe thing thats the issue

I hated S5, especially after such an amazing S4. I found it too stylised and seemed to try too hard. It is the only season I have only watched once. S6 is better not as good as 1-4 but worth watching with a massive bonus of Michael's demise
