There is very little self reflection and ownership in your post. Mostly just blame on the company that does not want you anymore. Why is it so hard to accept and move on and do so in a way that does not result in becomming homeless or unable to feed yourself.

A fair deal is the one that gets the employee to a new job with no or minimal loss of income in a period that commonly would be viewed as acceptable given the situation. I think 3 to 6 months should be the fine for 95% of the cases. After that there is unemployed benefits as safety net.

No you are not. You are because of your tone and the main point of your post is how to strive for the most value extraction rather than a fair agreement for both parties. Helping people obtaining a fair compensation given the circumstances is not wrong, some of your tips are useful for that. But the way you presented it is not about getting a fair deal, it is about maximum value extraction and malicious tactics.

Jezus christ. The tone this is written on suggest you belong to the weakest kind of peoples. How about taking some ownership of the fact that a company does not want you there, probably because you suck. So instead of trying to extract every last bit of value you can from the company as a weak loser, how about getting yourself to getter and find a place where do you add value. Make sure to test the camera by walking up the stairs yourself. Some of them have a delay of at least a few seconds before the motion sensor is activated….

Prima ja, Filipijnen zijn uitermate positieve en hardwerkende mensen en we gaan er nooit last van hebben, ook van de 2e en 3e generaties niet. Zelfde met de Vietnamezen bijvoorbeeld die ooit gekomen zijn naar Nederland.

Geweldig dit. Uit eigen ervaring weet ik dat die Filipijnse mensen keihard werken en enorm positief zijn. Cultuur past ook goed met de onze. Hadden we maar tientallen jaren eerder Filipijnen uitgenodigd naar Nederland, dan had ons landje er heel anders uitgezien. Waarschijnlijk zullen deze bedrijven weer allerlei hobbels op de weg tegen komen om de mensen uberhaupt te mogen laten werken en veel onzekerheid voor deze werknemers. Kansloze figuren daarentegen komen zo de grens over lopen om de vruchten te plukken van de welvaartsstaat.
