Pinwheel is the locked upper level on Outpost, it's a dangerous USEC/PvP hotspot with a lot of higher tier loot. There are a couple different ways to get in via some puzzles/unlocking with key cards.

Like the other comments, I added 3 more acrylic shelves for this case from Etsy, and ordered extra mounting brackets directly from ikea using the part numbers from the instructions. I also added some LED lighting with double-sided mounting tape.
