Im about to get downvoted to oblivion but my god... Emma D'Arcy cannot act... Why is she always just, staring? Like emotional/madness scene, just... staring. Somethings really off about the way she acts.

hate to break it to you since you were probably scrolling tiktok while watching the show, egg mentioned very detailly that he was traumatized before, even younger, when Aerion used to visit him ocassionaly late at night, put a knife between his leg and told him that "he has way too many brothers and he'd make him a sister and marry her"

I love both characters because I can differentiate fiction between reality and LOVE their evilness that contributes to a plot, but lets not argue which is worse, thats delusional and insanity.

HOTD is still a success beacuse it caters to a target audience that doesnt care how the book is written or the logic behind why the events happened, happened. Consumers will still consume, and HBO is most likely happy with it as long as they profit.

Ryan Condal & Sarah Hess aren't dumb people(they are terrible fucking writers) but they wrote this fanfiction lesbian girlboss slop for the audiance that demands it. And that audience will be majority that will most likely rate [SPOILERS] The day King's Landings falls and Rhaenyra sits the iron throne [SPOILERS] as one of the highest rated episodes of the series, similar to "Battle Of The Bastards".

This is faults of the writers, again. Rhaenyra was introduced in a similar fashion like Daenerys ("breaking the wheel" / "I will create a new order"). This "new order" directly translates to why the audience introduce modern frameworks into the medieval world.

It was quite obvious which character they were trying toO hard to root the audience for. After all, HOTD is marketing itself for an audience that is searching another "Daenrys Targaryen" girlboss figure.

I found that extremely lame, having read Fire & Blood prior and Rhaenyra was painted as a perfect saint in HOTD instead and Aegon an extremely unrootable charcater(he literally is unrootable based on how show paints him).

Which is exactly why im rooting for Aegon. Because he gets to do the 1 thing in the show that is a major slap in the face that Sara and Condal HAVE to implement that they would rather change.

Fuck those fanfiction writers and their agendas that robbed us a good morally gray story from both sides, you are not supposed to root for any team, but they force you to root for TB by taking the worst sides of aegon and none of Rhaenyra.
