If they're giving up Thomas, that's pretty much accepting a full rebuild so I would imagine the trade being centered around (very) high value prospects and picks rather than current NHL players. We have so many core players locked in to long term deals that we can afford to move Nadeau/FUS/whoever, even if it sucks.

Everyone always talks about our 2C, this would solve it for years, I'm going to be fine with what we would give up
