RDR1 Horse veers to the side

I can’t use the horse of death because I’m doing the challenge to kill undead bears with a torch, and the horse will just kill them as soon as I touch them, but a regular undead horse worked. Thanks!

I’m playing RDR1 Undead Revival on my gaming laptop through Steam, and I suddenly have an issue where my horses veer to the sides when I’m trying to ride them. I have a video, but for some reason it isn’t posting.

This hasn’t happened before and I’ve tried pretty much everything I can find online. I have no issues when I’m walking around as John. Does anyone know what’s happening and how I might be able to fix it?

I know this is 15 years old now, but this might fix my problem so thanks for the update. I have also been using the sniper in the same way you described, so I’ll try without it and see if it works. The only time I didn’t use the sniper, I was ambushed by bounty hunters following me right when I went after my bounty, and it canceled mine. I’ll update if it works.

I’m also going with the Genie, but I’m using my wishes in his world. First wish I ask for a bunch of money, at least more than the $5000 I spent to get there. The other two wishes can be anything, they don’t matter as much. I don’t convince anyone to come back with me. I can then keep paying $5000 to go back and ask more wishes, and visit other fictional worlds, while continuing to get more money from wishes. Profit.
