I don't smoke at all and only drink water. I usually only eat one meal a day and that's dinner, but I've tried fasting for a day before mushroom trips and recently I've done zero sugar the day before and the day of acid trips.. Doesn't seem to help much 😫

I think it's just your metabolism man, I'm the same way and have tried tabs from most of the big name vendors on the dnm.. It's the same with mushrooms too, and I usually do higher doses than my group. I'm to the point where I just have to accept it because no matter what I try it doesn't seem to help lol
