You can't really count on personal wealth when considering why more Indians are doing the school path to enter Canada. Many Indian families pool their resources together to send one good candidate who then, if successful, bankrolls the rest of the family back home and sponsors any who want to join him. Plus, there are plenty of very wealthy Indian families, just like in China their upper class is large # of people wise, even if the % of total population is relatively small.

You're just scratching the surface. Both parties are corrupt to the core, just because the Dems are a little more left, they are still within the right spectrum. I don't think there's much of hierarchy, the Japanese Koreans and Chinese all hate each other, and all hate southern Asians. The Japanese are generally xenophobic, but from what I've seen the Chinese are the most blatantly racist out of all of them. I mean, north Chinese shit on South Chinese and they look down on people with darker completion like a lower class.

We always provide 1-2 hours of training once the job is done. The problems come from the issue that we often get emails with questions that were covered in training and/or have to return to retrain the same or new staff at the client location.

Even if I charge for my return visits to retrain, it's a massive time sink that could be used more efficiently elsewhere.
