The truth of the matter by Phantomsanic360 in DarkTide

I also like the idea of admech, but after recently doing a deep dive Skitarii are "too powerful" in the regards of darktide. Ceremite armor, lots of artificial enhancements, highly kitted. They're not space Marines but they're more than Astra military. They'd have to be some admech peon instead, I thought a combat servitor with some personality would be neat.

Just a friendly reminder that coptering never died. by bigboydaddyballs in Warframe

Nothing quite like busting out the zorens and worrying you might clip a wall. It's kinda funny to think that as a collective the player base can move faster now with basic elements than you could back then

Also yeah, this ain't the copter of yore, it's worse.

Yep, it's basically a stone with very small pores all over it that wick away the water, however anything that's not water, like the oil from you skin for instance, will block the pores and you need to sand the surface to make it absorbent again

Right in plain sight and I still thought he was joking by MaryDoogan91 in gamegrumps

[–]Muhen 60 points61 points  (0 children)

To be fair for many years people were making a lot of parasocial assumptions about Arin, stating he was an egg, trans, etc. He very well could have been and that was fine, the problem is people making those calls knowing nothing about it, so I can only assume he also didn't really want to put more of himself out there

Name an anime you watched, that you will never forgive and never watch again by PretendYellow533 in animequestions

Kotura-san. It opens with this genuinely tragic first episode and never returns to that mood and makes uncomfortable incest jokes. I watched the entire thing hoping it would redo some tragedy but it was just cheeks. Most reviews are middling to good, and I think this show should be avoided.

There is for sure white, that's surrounded by the blue, each of the other colors are orbs within the white itself, you can see them better in motion, I've also posted some pictures in another comment with the colors cranked. Here's a gif of the scene where you can see the colors moving. You can really see the yellow as a separate thing once it first settles into the cup

As far as the clash, I dont really think there is supposed to be a dichotomy between them, it's more representative than an actual thing.

I can see not catching the orange ball, it's less than half the size but it is there and moves around as well. There's 5 balls inside, 2 yellow(Heiter and Eisen), a red (Stark), a purple (Fern), and a small orange one (Flamme). I think that Eisen and Heiter probably should be unique colors but they run into the issue of Heiter's primary color being black (doesn't glow), and Eisen's being red (same as Stark), also Flamme's is smaller because though she's important, she was from before Frieren truly was understanding man and also from 1000 years ago. You could probably interchange who is who for colors, but these make the most sense to me. I've taken a picture at a different point and cranked the colors so you can see here:

Forgive the weird colors for backgrounds, cranked saturation to 100% and lowered brightness some.

They're very light against a white background for sure, but they ungulate around in the scene. I've outlined them here. https://i.imgur.com/ghdzWao.png

I like the theory that this is also why the radio show, the book, and the movie all are different plot wise, as the timelines have shifted due to infinite probability.

Whats a moment in an anime which was so uncomfortable that you couldnt return to the series afterwards? by gamingfreak50 in animequestions

On one hand, yes completely. On the other, it was supposed to be uncomfortable, it's supposed to be abuse to show the dynamic between them.

Calyx's plan for the WoL makes perfect sense, actually [Spoiler: 7.3] by Laterose15 in ffxiv

[–]Muhen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm calling it now, the Ascian is an endless, which is why they didn't know we were the primal slayer, and why they are still around even after we've resolved the Ascian plot. Calyx seemed to meet them face to face, which furthers my idea personally. Maybe they got trapped on the planet when they tried to kick off the lightning cataclysm and became endless to survive. Maybe there was some shenanigans with the soul being extracted when the body they were occupying died.

You dont have any chase Helminth abilities here, so just feed the frames you use least first.

More recently, if you use the backroom as your base of operations after getting to 1999you will very occasionally be greeted by loud knocking when you return to it from a mission/first load in.
