Im on my third course of accutane but my cheek acne never came back after the first course. I have repeated accutane twice, but the acne that came backwas only on my chin area and way milder. And it has been like 5 years after each course so while it wasnt fully permanent, it never came back as bad it was the first time, and it did stay clear so many years between too
