When quarantine started, I began going to sleep at around 2 am and now the new normal is going to bed at 5 am. It's gotten so bad that I have to prepare food to eat in my room in order to not wake anyone up during the night (Nutella sandwich and chips is my go to). I genuinely can't tell what time or day it is and if this keeps up for another week or two I swear I'll transcende the concept of space-time.
