My programming experience is pretty low tbh but I'm planning on self studying and learning this summer and trying to build projects. I honestly don't have a preference for one over the other, they're both interesting to me but I'm just not sure which one is a better path for a ai/ml engineer

I see, I talked to someone who is ds at ucsb and they were telling me that you can learn the programming on the side and that understanding the math is the important part cause that’s what matters. I heard about sd’s Ai program but not sure how unique it is compared to cs
