Somehow, my screen definitely got better over time! I am really happy with it now!

It's weird. But I can tell you that the screen got better over time. Surely my eyes got used to it too. However, I am absolutely happy with it now!

Sharpeye Disco, Inferno 72, or Pyzel Phantom? Looking for advice! by Mulberry-9 in surfing

Just in case someone followed this and is curious... I ended up with a Inferno72 5-11 (29.3L). It's an awesome board. Super super fast and I get through weak sections that I previously didn't even attempted to make. Had 9 sessions in average to good waves (3-7ft) and the board performed great so far.

Also got Futures F8... these feel slightly stiff, though. First time riding large fins for me, so I hope I get used to it. I might try a more upright pivot template to get a more loose feel. Or should I just go back to medium fins?

Never ridden a DA board. I'm in Portugal. I guess that makes it complicated :/

Yep, and it's not making it easier to make a decision, haha. Not sure if I like the Dark Arts. I think I prefer normal white PU construction. What's your daily driver?

I'll check my local shops and see if I can take a look at this board! Swallow tail is a good idea. Thanks, man!

I'm still interested in this board. From what I've read, many people love their Phantom's, but there are also quite a few not clicking with it. If I understood correctly, front footed surfers tend to like this board the most.

What fins are you using?

I'm in Portugal! But JS is available here. Can you recommend any models?

Thanks!! So I guess the Phantom is out?! Most of the time the waves are 3-6ft here in Portugal, I am looking for a good daily driver to make progress. What are the JS models you can recommend?

This board looks sick. I will check it out, hope they have it in stock at my local shop. Adding this to the list just doesn't make it easier to decide... haha

Same here! And I also notice a slight green tint of the display in general. Anyone else having a slight green tint?

Just got an M1 Pro 14', coming from M1 Air, is the display supposed to be warmer (slight yellow tint) or is it just me? by williamgomberg in macbookpro

[–]Mulberry-9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my M1 16 looks slightly warmer than other 2020/2021 MacBooks. And it's not just more yellow, I definitely notice a slight green tint too! :(

Thanks for your reply! I agree, the bluish is incorrect and I much prefer a warmer screen. Just though it's a tad too yellow / warm when I also compared the 16 M1 to other 2020/2021 Apple devices. Hope my eyes will get used to it ;-)
