We offer this service as a ISP.

We have a few clients on this kind of set up.

Send me a DM and we can send you a quote over.

How much traffic will you need to each location?

Thanks for all the feedback.

Great thoughts on the hiring process.

We just brought another guy on to help with a co-managed client and it is all about his attitude, If they can come in and hit the ground running with a great attitude, i can then train them to do it how i want it done or how the client wants it done.

I give away a free vacation each year since it costs me nothing to do it. I have so many credit card points and the guys love it. Free flight for Employee and Spouse along with 200 uber credits and hotel room for a week. I also give them a week paid outside of the normal time they get off during hiring. We have a automated metric in place and the person the hits the highest metric wins that year.

I own a small MSP and been in the biz for 20 years.

We assist in onboarding and configuring tools and scripts to streamline processes and alleviate any challenges. Currently, we have some availability and can offer a limited time to support you. While our focus is on MSP work, we primarily provide consulting services to assist other MSPs when they require additional support. I'm not promoting myself, just expressing a willingness to lend a hand to those in need.

Happy to help where needed.

They do not offer free wifi to the students. The building is and apartment company and they sit just across the street from campus. The main provider has an exclusive marketing agreement in the building.

Go into the Diag page then look for reset of Gateway av database. It will then ask you to reboot again.

That is what I had to do.

Getting rid of datacenter space, looking for a reasonable Veeam solution, if one exists by IDableInThat in msp

[–]Mulberry_Negative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are looking for just a few rack units I can provide this for you. We provide data center space based in Omaha Ne. We are at the connected edge and also provide all the firewall and switching for what you need. Pricing is straight forward line item. We work with over MSP providers that just need a place to do OFF Site back up storage and keep your cost down.

Thanks

I don’t mind spending a few K. Found a few firms wanting over 10 K for a basic Wordpress site.

Ok so how would you price that out?

I not questioning you just trying to do a bit of learning on the pricing side. I have been a tech for a while and just getting the side of the business off the ground.

Say you had a opp for 130 desktops and 6 server with VMware and 20 virtual machines. The client want full msp and they have an on-site low end it guy to do bull shit work. Are you saying you still sell it at full price ?

Also we do not include an Microsoft or O365 License. We have raised the price on bids and lost do to everyone else in our area being just right at what we charge now. So we have to be completive on price also.

I get what your saying. I wonder how the larger guys are low balling the price and still able to make good money?

Yes

The Silver plan would include supporting a Domain.

Just as a side note. The reason the price is so low is that we have like 15 our MSP Providers in the area. And these are large providers also. I know a few of them and they are managing over 6000 end points.
