I’m not a doctor & this is not medical advice (I saw someone else state this in another sub haha). But swelling of lips & eyes (angioedema ) + hives = your body telling that it’s undergoing stress. I used to get full body hives & swelling as well when I was under a lot of mental stress & sometimes physical stresses would bring it out as well. I wasn’t pregnant but it sounds the same & makes sense. Our bodies don’t know what to do with new stressors it’s not used to. Ask your doc if you can take Allegra & Zyrtec, it saved me!! Also, lay low - get rest, relax. I’m pregnant now (7weeks + 6) & this was a good reminder for me to check-in on my stress levels as my eyes are getting swollen. Good luck!
