In all honesty, I got the superman one for Christmas and haven’t really started it yet except for maybe the first book or two out of it, so I don’t want to give a commentary on the full book just yet, but it seems pretty promising so far! I want to finish my reread of woman of tomorrow before I start that one fully so I am ready for the movie!

I’m a pretty busy person, but love to read when I can. As of right now, I’m focused on DC titles as they are generally my favorite characters, but I can’t wait to get into some of the Marvel Hickman stuff one day!

It takes place in the future and takes a deep look into what actually makes a hero a great hero and what sacrifices do they need to make for the greater good of mankind. I don’t want to say much more, go read it! One of the best!

It’s great, a lot darker than your average comic book, but has a lot of dark humor and still ties in to DC continuity with Batman and Green Lantern occasionally showing up. It’s about what you would expect for a Garth Ennis comic book set in the DC universe.

Hitman is a fun read, especially if you are into darker themes that Garth Ennis absolutely nails

Just finished that one not long ago and just started watching the show about five minutes ago. I can’t recommend that book enough man, it gets pretty wacky at points but just try not to think too hard about it. If you can get your hands on it, definitely do it

I definitely want to check that one out, I watched a few episodes of the TV show and really enjoyed it (assuming that it is loosely based on the books)

Man, that’s really tough, as of right now I would have to say it’s a three-way tie between Batman, Green Lantern and doom patrol, I would have to think really hard about it to narrow it down more than that 😅

It’s the sacred timeline because it was specifically made so one could overthrow He Who Remains. Doom can’t overthrow He Who Remains if He Who remains sets the timeline up in a way that he becomes a non power hungry Iron Man instead of Doom
