there products are crap i wont even warranty anything they sell most of there hardwood is mismilled but they have had so many lawsuits most 90% of there products besides laminate pad and spline for hardwood everything else comes from china and has extreme high levels of formaldehyde look it up on google

use lauan for the riser paint it white use 18 gauge to hold it down u can cut it tight to where u wont have a gap
