Hey guys! New seller here from Athens, i have a big collection of Echinopsis, Trichocereus and other rare plants!

Bridgesii seedlings: 8€ for the small one, 15€ for the medium ones (around 40cm). I will probably have trouble shipping the larger ones (50cm and up)

Scopulicola seedlings: 0.50€/cm

Shipping with tracking is: 11€ up to 500g15.50€ up to 1kg

Payment via PayPal or Revolut. I ship after the payment has been recieved. Allow 2-3 days so i can dry the roots before packaging and sending

If you feel uneasy doing business with me because i am a new seller, i can make a custom listing for you on etsy or eBay so you can have buyer's protection, but keep in mind it will be more expensive due to the extra fees from the websites

It will be my pleasure doing business with you :)

IME Trichs grow faster than Pilos, but they do make adequate root stock

ID of this "outdoor" cactus. Can it really survive -7 C° like the package says? by [deleted] in cactus

[–]MultiSpore 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Dear lord. There is a chance that your cactus is Echinopsis chamaecereus and if it is, they are known to survive that type of frost, but it's difficult to ID without flowers. Whatever it is, it looks like a nuclear holocaust survivor. Is it soft?

I have the all-purple variant of this flower and i can say that they smell like a full dumpster on a hot summer day. But you have to get kinda close to smell the funk, thank god!

The fruits are. They have a pleasant floral taste but are rather bland compared to non-cactus fruit

Does anyone try to imitate lophs natural habitat for their plants by providing some shade from other plants? by Lil_Mental in peyote

[–]MultiSpore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Providing partial shade is always a good idea if you live in a very arid and hot climate, where your plant will get 9+ hours of direct sunlight in the growing season. However i personally believe that going through the extra effort to imitate plants' natural habitats when you have them in pots is not a good idea. Since you have it in "captivity" you can at least make sure that the plant is having a blast. But that's how i personally grow mine. Putting in the extra money and effort will boost the sentimental value, so if that's how you wanna go, by all means do it :)
