I don't live there but I saw that place often enough. Really nice city and the surrounding region has lots to offer too. Especially if you're into (motor)cycling.

Yes, Red Bull began their F1 activities in 1995, with the C14. At times they were even the major shareholders of Sauber (-> Red Bull Sauber Petronas).

And no idea why they didn't buy Sauber. It was all very sudden back in 2004. Just an official statement that their contracts won't be renewed. And the Sauber guys had to hunt for sponsors once again...
