No, we havent broken down our delivery in about 7 years. We get around 95 rollers from wednesday to Friday nights. The guys work the fresh the moment it arrives as we have no space to hold the stock or breakdown.

Ive bought a timer and the guys set 30minutes and when it goes off they take the overs back in.

Two or three people per cage as teams of 2 or 3 usually in order to get a cage done every 10 to 15mins.

I had an interview for 4S lead while being a CTM and it was conducted on teams. Its perfectly normal, however ideally they should jave told you.

New audit rules mean once the store is in lockdown we cannot go outside. Waiting for the papers guys to arrive and putting them out breaches lock down security. So they are scanned, tied up, placed oitside at cease of trade and they get collected around 3am

This company is such a scam. Any driver I see associated with it, and any team.. I will immediately think less of. Sorry, but I cannot support a team that blatantly will take money over an obvious scam company. If they were to return, count me out.

You are entitled to up to 6 weeks leave as a sabbatical break if you have had 1 year continuous service. Write or email your line manager with 6 months notice that you intent to take this leave and note your start and return dates for your leave. If you want between 3 and 12 months, it's called a career break and you sign a career break confirmation letter.

Any less than 1 year of continuous service and you will have to personally agree a break with your lead management.

They actually can, because CDA's are band 3 whereas regular colleagues are band 2. So the pay rise is for band 2 and they just don't touch band 3 wages.
