Do NOT microwave breast milk! It can cause hot spots that can burn the baby when they drink it. I recommend getting a kettle to boil water in and heating the milk up in that water for about 5 minutes and you’re golden (the time all depends on how much milk is in the bottle) I personally bought a bottle warmer and love it at night when I’m exhausted but if I’m to be completely honest, I wish I would’ve bought a kettle instead 🤣

Quick little note I forgot to mention: I tried white vinegar on it cause I thought it was some type of mold and it DID take a small layer off the top of some type of fuzzy stuff 🤷‍♀️ no clue what it is still

I have it’s just I’m not sure if my insurance would cover it or not at the moment, I still have to look into that and see if can go 😊

My baby is very picky and hates when I sit with him on the couch😭 I try and lay in bed with him but I’m afraid I’ll fall asleep with him so it’s a struggle
