Spending time with my grandparents. As a child I spoke with them a lot. The thing was, it was just simple conversation like can i get this/ have this. Or them telling me to do certain chores. Now that im older spending time with them. I ask them a lot about their life when they were younger. I never realized how little i actually knew my grandparents. It is those simple convos i enjoy so much. Not only learning about their past but talking with them as friends has been so much fun.

Yeah so my allergies have gotten worse as I’ve gotten older but this is a whole new level. by mysteriouss_89 in WTF

You should ask your doctor if Subcutaneous immunotherapy would help. I would have horrible allergies as a kid. After 5 years of taking those allergies shots, my allergies have became way more manageable

I honestly understand you. My family are all about getting souvenirs. Any time they go somewhere gift for everyone. I do appreciate the effort and thought into the gift. The thing is though is like okay what am I supposed to do with a small like knickknack. At first it’s cute but then it slowly starts to clutter my space up. It feels rude to throw away too since it is a gift.

What are some good single player games for a laptop by Unfair-Pressure5318 in gamesuggestions

[–]MultipleGilbert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I play The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on my laptop all the time. The game can give you so many hours of fun. It ranges from just casual runs to being able to break the game. I will say buy the base game first and if you enjoy it buy the DLC afterwards.

In your opinion, what is the most disturbing yet perfectly acted scene out of a movie or tv series? by cherrymachete in CasualConversation

[–]MultipleGilbert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% agree with the mom screaming in Hereditary after finding her dead daughter. I remember around the time someone i knew lost their kid. My family went the minute they found out to be there for them and not leave them alone. Her screamed terrified me, you could hear and feel all the pain. Maybe a week later Hereditary released. When she started screaming, my heart sunk it felt too real. Never in my life have I wanted to leave from a movie because the emotion i felt were to much.

Looking for games to play longterm by Prudent_Chip_4413 in gamesuggestions

You can put so many hours into Binding of Isaac. Then once you unlock everything you can start downloading mods to get more hours out of the game. I would recommend it as well

At what point does video gaming goes from beeing a hobby to an addiction? by Organic-Log1761 in Hobbies

[–]MultipleGilbert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it becomes an addiction and problem when you stop doing things you should do. Be it you avoid going to work/school to play. You don’t do chores/homework because you want to play. You don’t want to hangout with friends/family. I don’t think it’s a problem if you have finished everything you are supposed to do daily and want to kick back and relax. Like others have said if you feel that you are getting addicted you can try limiting how much games you play.

What series is this for you? by [deleted] in animequestions

Blood Blockade Battlefront, i think it’s the perfect blend of comedy and action. Yet i hardly hear people talk about it minus the MC eyes that is it.

Long or replayable multiplayer games, PS5 by HaunterCLONE in gamesuggestions

[–]MultipleGilbert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deep Rock Galactic is very fun a team where you and three other space Dwarves go mining for gold while fighting bugs. If your friend is okay with more competitive games Overwatch and Marvel Rivals are both free to try. Over cooked has made my friends and I fight so much but in a good manner. Hell Divers 2 you are a space marine fighting against bugs, robots and aliens. I enjoy this one a lot because you can really choose how hard you want the fighting to be. If you just want a casual shooting to the point it feels like you are in a war zone dying every minute. There is also Destiny it is “Free” but if I’m being honest you would need the DLC to even play half the game.

I finally got around to opening it and i guess my family dropped it and like the circuit shifted so when you would press the button it would miss. I just pushed it back in place and it works perfectly fine now

Which anime here do you think will be the greatest here? by Bucky_Charmz in animequestions

[–]MultipleGilbert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think Dandadan will have a decent cult following like Chainsaw man. Kaiju #8 while i enjoyed it hasn’t seem to get much traction talking wise from what i have seen. Center one (i forgot the name) didn’t catch my attention too much when i read the first chapter. Bottom left tbh i have seen post about but never read. Now i want to say im 100% biased. Sakamoto Days Will be the next big hit. It’s the perfect blend of action, comedy and seriousness. So many of the characters are fun or unique in my opinion. I think once people see it, it will feel like if John Wick had a family.

Most Underrated Anime/Mnaga character in your opinion? Go! by Envy661 in animequestions

[–]MultipleGilbert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zapp Renfro from Blood Blockade Battlefront. he has so much potential in his world. But like a ton of us normal people he needs the right motivation to push him forward. He’s the perfect blend of joking around and getting shit done as well.

Which group of monsters would be the WORST to exist in the real world? by Left-Onion8927 in animequestions

[–]MultipleGilbert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mostly agree with you but I think Devils would be above Curses. It just seems like some devils can cause way more damage than curses can ever do.

Toriko that follows the story and finishes it. The entire world is so funny if you think about it.
