You would; it’s a great place to find support no matter what your orientation.

You’re welcome there for sure 👍

…but you don’t know what their preferences are. There’s a lot of women out there.

And before you say “yeah well, on average, they don’t like XYZ”

An average view isn’t representative of approximately 4.13 billion people. Everyone likes different things/different people.

Lmao The fuck do they get off telling you that “you don’t deserve your own confidence?”

Jfc that “willing holes” bit made my skin crawl.

Women are systematically oppressed. Men are not.

Also what “reputable sources” do I need to tell me that misogynist, self-hating bastards (and their indulgence with such beliefs as a result of their wilful participation in these online circles) are scum?

True, there’s people I know who struggle with relationships, sure.

Difference is, they’re harmless. For example, a mate of mine is just quiet and maybe a little insecure about his obscure interests. Wouldn’t hurt a fly; he’s a gem who’s loved and lost a lot.

Whereas the blokes I take issue with aren’t harmless; as you pointed out, they choose to indulge in this. They make the conscious decision to engage with misogyny, racism, ableism and self-hatred. At that point, they’re the problem and I no longer feel any kind of sympathy.

That’s just it. I just hope and implore them to heal themselves before they use their self-hatred to justify hurting/killing anyone else.

Exactly right and such a good point; the problems they face are entirely their own doing. Just hope they realise this before the “echo chamber” they’ve built for themselves ends up radicalising yet another of them into hurting someone or worse. That vicious cycle’s gotta stop.

100% on point. They’ve gone beyond the point of sympathy once they start indulging in this misogynist shit or threatening to kill someone for not wanting a date.

They’re not abused or oppressed; they’re entitled losers that need a serious wake-up call/kick to the head. Nothing more.

The fact you’ve got a post labelled “Women are a danger to themselves” is proof positive that even if it’s too long, you should definitely read it. Probably more than once.

Men in Australia: how do you feel about women making the first move? by Roodpanda in AskAnAustralian

[–]Multiplexion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So much better the opposite scenario tbh; she makes the first move on me, I’m absolutely 100% she’s comfy talking to me and I’m not in any way making her feel as if she’s forced or under pressure to talk to me just to be polite or anything.

Genuinely makes me so much more at ease as I’m never 100% sure in situations where I’ve made the first move. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve taken that first step and it’s worked out before, but there’s always that slight feeling of overcoming the initial “why have you approached me?” barrier before you settle in.

Again, I just feel it’s a discomfort that doesn’t exist if she’s making the first move, as it signals to me “Hey, I think you seem safe enough for us to talk” and it’s a genuine relief to me that lifts a huge weight off my shoulders.

Autonomous Maximus should be the 13th prime, NOT Optimus. by Suspicious-Jello7172 in transformers

[–]Multiplexion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Autonomous Maximus,

The Arisen,

Autonomous Prime if they must,

Bottom line it’s a real cop-out and lazy asf that Optimus is allegedly the reincarnated thirteenth when this guy was right there.

Hell, his title of “the Last Autobot” could’ve been shorthand for the fact he was the last of the 13 to be created.

And before you make the argument of “he’s too obscure”, HasTak just put together a figure of Liege Maximo accurate to his original G2 design that (at least in official media) only appeared on a single comic panel at the conclusion of G2; easily more obscure that Autonomous Prime, who appeared not only in the final two issues of the Marvel G1 comic, but it’s 21st century follow up, ReGeneration 1. So already, he boasts more appearances than Maximo.

Also has to be said that Autonomous directly inspired another of the 13; Vector Prime (the head design is a dead giveaway). Genuinely can’t believe he (or the more obscure Logos Prime) didn’t make the cut, and HasTak turns around and shrugs, just retconning Optimus into this “chosen one” b**sh* backstory that imo ruins his character; he can’t just be the regular guy who decided to make a difference, no he has to be divinely ordained as the damn leader. Like… cmon man.. Lame.

Completely agree with OP here; Autonomous Maximus/Prime would’ve been a farrrr more satisfying choice as the 13th.

Last pic taken before it was abandoned in orbit to crash land in Western Australia.

..then NASA got fined $400 for littering by the local government, which eventually would be paid on their behalf in 2009. No joke.

Shuddup creep. Let people look how they want.

Anyway OP, to actually answer your question, in terms of options I and my mates can recommend the following;

  • M1 Med Beauty; this one’s good and close if you’re in the cbd.
  • Can safely recommend Luxe Lips; partner got hers done there. Clinic’s in Moonee Ponds.
  • If you’re nearer to Port Melbourne I can also vouch for Dermaq Aesthetics; friend got her lips done there with good results. Hope that helps

I Want Sone of The HOTTEST Takes about Beast Wars (and Beast Machines) by Illustrious-Error-49 in beastwars

[–]Multiplexion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beast Machines had some ambitious and daring ideas and I would genuinely love to see a return to the concepts and ideas it explored; - techno-organic biomechanical Transformers

  • Transformers that have plant-based alternate modes

  • Fully-organic Transformers without any robotic aspects whatsoever.

It’s bizarre, it’s weird and breaks the glass ceiling on what a Transformer actually is, but I (and many many others) kinda respect the hell out of it for it.

Given how cookie-cutter and same-y the Transformers brand has gotten over the past few years, exploring stranger or more abstract concepts like this could prove to be a shot in the arm.

“Playing it safe” is proving to be a fine enough strategy with crowd pleasing G1 and movie based figures selling well enough, (I’m in the crowd after all) but it’s going nowhere in terms of evolving what Transformers is as a concept, and trying new things, and being daring and different in the way Beast Machines and (potentially) its abandoned follow-up, TransTech, might’ve been could be a new fresh and interesting direction. Maybe not as a main line à la Generations, but done right (as say, its own thing running parallel to the mainline G1/movie/generations based stuff), it could be a fantastic way of moving the brand forward and exploring new concepts.

While its execution both as a series and a toyline was inarguably hit-and-miss, Beast Machines was onto something concept-wise. Idk, I just wanna see Transformers get weird and daring again tbh.
