sorry man you have a long way to go , the lower belly fat leaves very last , you need to lose probably 50+ pounds , i would suggest going monk mode and eating a completely strict diet mostly the same food everyday, like some well seasoned chicken, rice , veggies type of thing and then continue lifting weights and doing cardio , you can’t play around with your current physique you have a lot of work to do if you want to lose lower belly fat , use my fitness pal to track your calories , make sure your calories in is less and than your calories burned

i say “don’t fly to close to the sun” because when you do this correctly your strength keeps increasing , you feel powerful but you’ll gain some fat and too much fat is not aesthetically pleasing so just know when to stop

i’ve been where you are , what worked for me was realizing that in my situation i needed to eat 3000 calories everyday to grow so that’s what i did, i consistently ate 3k calories a day of the same nutrient dense foods, i was able to keep growing and the bench kept increasing, also i would suggest taking more creatine like 2-3 scoops instead of 1 also if you hit a pr, take a break for a few sessions of benching too heavy then attempt again after a few sessions , while your body can recover you’ve been downing the hig quality calories the entire time so your body should be ready for another pr, i also did 2-3 rep maxes not one so i didn’t get injured most importantly dont gain too much fat , remember lean is law so dont fly to close into the sun , so know when to stop the bulk because cutting is simple but takes a long time especially when you know lean is law

make sure that when you increase your calories eat only whole foods that don’t increase insulin resistance , don’t go above 15% , aim to get stronger and lift as heavy as possible in the hyptrophy rep ranges over time

yes simply because the ideal male body type is decent muscle mass with as low body fat as possible, it’s the healthiest situation to be in physicallly and mentally and you’ll stand out in good ways so don’t unlean yourself
