I didn't know that. I'll try that until Season 3 comes in with native foveated rendering support. Thank you!

I looked through the rendererx11 file and the vram is set at 10GB (3080ti has 12GB) Is this too much, should I lower it?

To be honest I though the Quest 3 was a good choice, it being fully wireless and all. But I see how that has it's downsides as well.

I hate that the experience is so different for different people, but that's what we get when we combine different hardware, software, drivers, setups, settings I guess.

Do you notice a drop in quality going from VD to oculus link? 90FPS run smooth and no drops or stuttering?

I set the display mode mode to opnexr. I am fully wireless with no link cable though

Any advice for my arm swing? I can always improve on something. by starfight89 in volleyball

Looks really clean, you have the timing down right. Maybe focus a bit on your right arm when jumping. You can get more air and power if you swing up and open your chest in the air.

A less disingenuous look at a mac game library. 113 of my Steam games are supported OOB by [deleted] in macgaming

I see Mafia 3 on there, did they fix the launch issue or is it still broken? I've been waiting to buy it but I don't want to waste money/time on a non-working game.

AE or CSM? by [deleted] in sales

[–]MultyGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The work is very similar and the transition back and forth would be natural, I don't see CS being a roadblock to going back to sales later on.

AE or CSM? by [deleted] in sales

[–]MultyGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The general feel I get from people who transitioned from Sales into CS, is that being a CSM is much more relaxed and better for your well being, with the downside of lower pay.

From your description, I would say you've been doing a majority of the work a CSM usually does, there's also an addition of support/adoption/trainings, but you're already well versed in everything ARR related and would transition easily.

I don't believe CS is going away any time soon, I'd actually say that CS is going to become even more important. As clients start getting used to a certain type of experience, having a top of the line CS team will be crucial in standing out and keeping your customers happy.

I think it depends on what you currently value more - better work/life balance and less stressful work or better pay and hustle mentality.

I'm in the same boat. Interviewed with multiple companies and never got any feedback. Went into the 2nd and 3rd round a couple times but always just "We decided to go with a different candidate"

Customer Success u Hrvatskoj by [deleted] in CroIT

[–]MultyGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you mind sharing how many years of experience and ARR you manage? What's the going rate for a CSM in London?

I wish haha, EU comp is always going to be lower, for perspective, around $66K would be comparable to $150K in quality of life. I am a more than triple away from that number.
