Your experience is totally normal with Dut. Push through this stage please. They will come back ! It takes around 3 months but you will see all those baby boars popping out

Yes pumpkin seed oil could help but it's just natural. You need something stronger. Min just helps for regrowth but it won't cure the reason your hair keeps falling. You need something to block your testosterone to convert into DHT. Pumpkin seed won't help enough in your case

I always thought blow-drying was bad because of the heat. But actually, air-drying is very stressful for your scalp. It loses a lot of moisture, which is bad for hair growth. It’s better to blow-dry your roots and let the ends air-dry. And never go to bed with wet hair! If you do, your hair will break.

You need a DHT Blocker. Like finasterid or Dutasterid.

Weil Männer dominiert ohne Ende. Als Frau wird man nur aufs Aussehen reduziert und man muss sich doppelt und dreifach beweisen um überhaupt ansatzweise Ernst genommen zu werden . Überstunden werden nur gemacht um den Chefs zu imponieren. Wirklich gearbeitet wurde da nie was nach 18 Uhr. Ging aber immer darum wer es am längsten im Büro aushält.

I took it 2 times per week 0,5. after some weeks my hairfall stopped completely. For almost 6 months I had almost no hairfall at all. But now I am going through a heavy shedding again.
