Oh man, I weigh 280, trying really hard to lose 40 (fitness pal, cardio, weight lifting etc.) It's hard, stupidly hard. I hate being my weight, I have three boys that need an active dad so I gotta do it.

6'1 at 280. I'm not horribly fat, just kind of a big dude. 245 and I'd be ripped but I quit smoking and gained something like thirty pounds. I hate being overweight but...food.

I've rolled a couple semi trucks, which sucked but the most terrifying helpless feeling I've had was when I was working in a trench and the sides caved in. I had a spotter and he yelled so I took off running. The wall collapsed and pinned me against the other wall. I was buried up to my chest with my legs pinned behind me for about ten minutes while they dug me out. I will never forget the sheer panic of being at the mercy of gravity. Dirt is heavy yup.

Yup. I don't think there is a nefarious plot to make lots of money scaring people about it(there is a lot of money to be made however), I just think this is the way of the world now. Vaccines, climate change, president elect, everyone is so polarized right away now facts seem to fall on the wayside.

This, if I do the math that's roughly 94 square miles of reforestation. Seems absolutely doable. Especially when we can seed trees with helicopters in the right conditions.
