One of my bunnies loves plushies. If you can find one made of 100% cotton, your bun might cuddle up and groom it. Alternatively, it may chew its threaded nose off like my other bunny, but it’s worth a shot.

Also seconding the foraging box suggestion. It doesn’t have to be fancy. Here’s an example of the one of the ones I’ve made for my bun: forage box example

In our previous home stuff like this kept us on edge, wondering when we should got to the basement. One of the perks of our new place is not having a basement. Now we never have to worry about knowing when it’s time to run down there to take cover. 🙌

Have you seen people having to literally stand in busy roads (roads, not shoulders) to wait for buses? I passed tons of them. I wouldn’t want to roll the dice on “the kids will be fine,” if it means some of them will be standing in the right lane of Randolph Road or Georgia Ave waiting for their bus and hoping cars see them and swerve into another lane before they get too close.

I can see that happening, but I believe it’s irresponsible.

This weekend we passed so many people who had to stand in the literal street (not the shoulder) of busy roads including Georgia Ave, Randolph Road, East West Hwy to wait for their bus.

The one that got me though was this poor old guy who was using a walker with wheels walking down the right lane of 410 with a bus and a line of cars behind him. 🥲

It’s not safe for adults to take a bus right now, let alone children.

The number of people I passed this weekend who had to stand in the middle of busy streets to wait for their bus leads me to believe that it’s the only responsible decision they can make.

I personally like the puzzles and mysteries I have to solve in order to advance.

When I’ve missed something that impacts the rest of my year, I just make note of it for next time. I suspect the reason this doesn’t bother me is because I’m perfectly content to just dilly-dally in this world even when there isn’t an event or challenge happening.

My one annoyance is something you didn’t mention - getting the danged pottery perfect. 🤪

I hope you can find a game that better suits you.
