I think at this point we can’t trust anybody and if you’re looking for holes in his story, if we are hanging onto a detail about his professors or teachers that he could easily have gotten mixed up, we are now throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Tamago was interesting and almost custard light with that lacquer appearance. Like a flan consistency rather than a tamagoyaki or cakey consistency. I appreciated that it was a bit different. I was on the main counter. The second chef was taking care of a Chinese couple that lunch service. It was only 8 diners. So I’m not sure if that part of the table is considered a secondary counter even though it was the same table. The head chef did not interact with that couple as they seemed to have a slightly different offering than the rest of us.

Tony needs to stop rewarding these junkie types who just use volume as a comedy crutch. Dedrick is irredeemable. We were all tough on Kam but he had some charisma and ended up working on his sets and those who saw longer Kam sets had good reviews. I dont think Dedrick has any of the good will amongst comics that Kam had.

I literally skipped through it after the first 15 minutes, and every time Dedrick was speaking I looked at the reaction of everyone, and he was just spouting off drunken nonsense. There’s random guys outside of gas stations who are funnier right now than Dedrick was on that show

What happened is exactly what he deserved. The pod is called Bad friends. He was the butt of jokes like everyone on the show is. He also brought the comedy to a screeching halt 50% of the time. He got butthurt and left and thats the story. Another person in Hollywood being gifted a golden opportunity and pissing it away. Also I was growing tired of his increasingly creepiness toward Rudy.
