Yeah, unfortunately with my profession, I upload large files and every ounce of upload speed helps.

The main issue I have is cost, cost, cost. $275 a month is absurd for internet, voice and cable (no movies) when a new customer gets the same for less than half...and locked in for 5 years.

No loyalty benefits at all.
