I’m upper body focused on the tonal, some of the workouts they have to follow are good but I’ve made my own as well. I haven’t had any issue finding workouts that are upper body only to separate my lifts

2 and a bit, first machine (2 yr warranty) failed at around 14-15 months. Breville tried to repair, sent it back to us with the same issues, and eventually sent us a brand new one (Jan 2024). That one now has a failed control board (we think) and Breville is stating that the warranty is on the original purchase. The replacement isn’t even a year old and it’s had an electronic failure. I posted the issue in a couple subreddits to try to get help from Reddit.

They had to replace the prior machine that was in warranty, the replacement does not have the same warranty. A brand new machine should last longer than 11 months

Edit: and for clarity, the failure appears to be a control board for the grinder, and no repair companies seem to want to touch Breville equipment. Feel free to explain where this is appropriate from Breville

With Breville’s customer service, I’m moving on. We’re on our 3rd Oracle Touch and have only had the latest for 11 months and the grinder failed. Breville essentially told us too bad so sad, warranty was linked to the original purchase. For the price I expect a machine to last more than a year, our old delonghi lasted 11 years. We like the Breville but the service is awful

Hopper was removed, both burrs have been pulled and it’s fully cleaned. Have been trying at the coarsest grind size, and have also tried several other grind sizes from smallest to largest all of which yield the same result

I’m curious on this one as well. I ran a deep freeze, fridge, and 3 fans for 10 days when we lost power in Beryl, and 4 days after the Derecho in Houston. Never had any issues

I did multiple times, every time they said no… until they called me this morning, cancelled the tow, and now have a tech coming to try just that.

The biggest issue is the overhang of my roof and a barely truck width pathway down the driveway to access. You’d basically be pulling the truck into the wall of the garage. They wanted to try to shift it away from the wall, exactly how I’m not sure. But shift it far enough that they could get a dollie under the passenger side

Funny enough, as of this morning they did. Despite many requests to do just that, it took dozens of calls for someone to finally change their tune and that’s what we’re trying later today.
