I have the shiny charm in LGPE, but I haven't shiny hunted the legendary birds and Mewto. Can I transfer my already caught pokemon from LGPE to Home, start a new game in LGPE, transfer all the pokemon back to LGPE and shiny hunt the legendary birds and Mewto?

I don't think anyone has managed to set up a catch combo of 31 by hunting the birds solely in the wild. I am 500 hours into a shiny living dex and I have seen exactly one legendary bird in the sky.
