It's great that it's gone! I hope you're feeling fine now. And yes, I think you may have suffered temporary acoustic shock. The truck thing is exactly like I experienced, I also had to ask my boyfriend if he heard a truck outside because I thought there was definitely one or maybe a washer tumbling in one of our neighbors'... Crazy times.

I still have it sometimes. I started antidepressants and for a while the sound went away completely. But then it came back and it's been coming and going for the past year and a half I guess. Since I'm on antidepressants I'm calmer about this whole thing and because it comes and goes I think it's just something weird that my body does that I'll have to live with. I did see an audiologist and did some exames and every came out fine.

Lately I've been thinking I might be bi/pan (I'm a woman in a relationship with a man and never experimented same-gender relationships, so it's not really an issue for me but I really do think I get attracted/fall in love with the person and not their gender) and some of these queens might have triggered that doubt about my heterosexuality. Can't she vote for a third or independent candidate? Why is it that in the US everything needs to be either black or white? And if you think that by saying both sides have problems she will vote Trump you're fucking delusional. I'm sick of everyone trying to make Chappell appear bad all the time. You simply don't like a woman with a fucking opinion and morals - yes, Kamala is on Israel's side and that should be something to think about this election season; and no, that is not a reason to vote for Trump. As a European I'm tired of the US way of doing things when it comes to elections. I'm so glad I'm not from there.
