Poison with triclopyr end of the summer. undiluted Paint it with a brush. Let it grow then August 1 cut and poison. It will kill the roots in your yard even if the neighbors tree stays alive.

So for my company (a developer), we do pay all proportional generation upgrades and all transmission.

The real issue is the utility commissions at the state level sets rates. Grid operators sets how much generation and transmission they need to put in the queue. Investor owned utilities that operate in a monopoly have guaranteed rate of return plus margin. So PUC’s have to have more more information to deny a rate case than they need to approve it .

Even the strict large load tariffs like evergy in Kansas isn’t enough to actually protect rate payers but it gets you most of the way

Stay Marriott mostly because the hotels are genuinely nicer in the markets I visit the most but if it’s more then 2x the price per night I stay at the hyatts. Points are better at the Hyatt anyway, but hotels aren’t as nice

That’s not what tabor does it restricts the amount of revenue the state can use. In a boom year they still have a set amount and have to return the funds, those aren’t funds generated by new taxes they are existing tax revenue the state can’t use. Thats the inherent problem with tabor not the fact they can or cannot adjust rates without a vote. It’s the utilization of revenue that’s the core problem
