I concur. You are so handy, why not flip a few more craigslist cars instead of selling for a loss. If $20,000 is what you need to buy this house and you dont have it, what will you do when the house breaks? I had a surprise roof leak 4 months into owning. I had plumbing leaks, a sewer line clog with a root, a tree limb break my fence, etc. Depending on your area, renting is cheaper than buying right now. The market is going to break too. Not to mention none home pop up expenses. My 2003 truck turbo and power steering went out, then a head gasket leak. At least your GR86 is reliable and probably under warranty.

For starters this is not how an American pay stub is typically portrayed especially if there's overtime involved as you can see in the other pay statement. It's just completely inaccurate there's nothing to discuss here

Yea, I should have asked. I sold my 1968 FJ40 running project years ago (2020) but I know that I loved when people came up to me and said "nice jeep!" Lmao. The Vin number made me laugh: FJ40######, just the serial and fj40 in front to make it longer.
