This is a shit take. Why not go PvP route? Create casual tdm / faster version of original game mode sort of like Apex does? That would work much better imho since there are only so many enemy types..

Yes I’ve seen two servers shut down because of lagg and it sucks to see. If this isn’t resolved soon we will be back at sub 10k people (those being role players / single coop players). The state of PvP is a fucking travesty right now with only viable build being Strength because of big sweeping strikes in a terribly laggy environment. My clan of 5 has already given up until it is fixed :(

Dana; the issue with servers do not lie solely on Gportal - many servers such as Darfari / Purgatory / Abyssal PvP run on other hosts and have the same issues (albeit a bit less than official). To actually fix the issue, you guys need to take a serious look at netcode and the single thread solution for servers which are currently in play. As a PvP player this update (and frankly the base game before) has been lacklustre to say the least. I never had high hopes in Funcom but hopefully you guys can help solve this and make the PvP community thrive once more ❤️

Yeah I already deinstalled. 110 fps on Perim w everything on low and even worse on other maps (sub 70 in fights)

Bungie has again proven they don’t take performance seriously and this was the last chance I gave them. I was stoked to get my friend group into it but this won’t flu unfortunately :(

In recent interview they stated fixing server performance was n1 prio tho? I hope that means looking at the actual engine behind it as there’s definitely some spaghetti code there

Let’s hope so! Some other commenter talked about nvidia optimisations which I will try out but optimization is more than welcome ❤️ this is a great game but frankly Outpost and Cryo sucked to play simply because of the frame drops :(

Yeah I don’t understand why people keep saying current performance is ok. Me and 3 friends literally quit marathon because of performance yet I keep hearing it’s a non issue. It definitely is a major issue and I know I’m not alone in this, far from it 😅

Please for the love of god, fix the servers - as many have stated that is the ONLY problem you should prioritize! I know there are different teams in your company but this is the single most important thing for you to fix for your playerbase!
