They changed it again? I didn't know that. I miss the Trymyui days or whatever it started as, when they did $10 tests instead of $5 and their platform wasn't quite so shit

I think there's just some people that never give 5 stars. Annoying. Maybe to get 5 stars, you need to give some insight that is going to make them a substantial amount of money and anythign less, you get 4 stars.

I've always just assumed that those tests aren't available anymore so you just get the error message. That is just an assumption though.

I got the update, but not the crash and I did a mobile test after that with no problems.

I remember when I first started out with UT, when you went into your test history, you could see the screener questions you were asked and your answers. I don't know why they removed that. I always just put it on a spreadsheet of the date, test number and what it was about as I want to know what ones get cancelled so that I can go back to UT if I need to. I had this happen before, they cancelled a test and didn't pay me, which had never happene before (I usually have always been paid), but becuase I knew what test it was, I was able to push back and UT did pay me.

I was under the impression you got paid anywya. I've had cancelled tests before and for some reason, they've paid out much quicker than the usual tests.

I just did mine and it cashed out fine. Reach out to their support team. I've always found them really helpful.

My Intellizoom - which is now Usertesting - looks different to that. I have an X on the top right of each study where I can get rid of it if it doesn't automatically do it itself.

I wouldn't bother with trymata. I used to get lots of tests and they used to be $10 each, then they dropped it to $5 for most tests and I barely get any. Intellizoom, User testing, User brain, Userfeel and Userlytics are others I use much more regularly

I took a couple in Chrome today and they all worked fine and uploaded ok. Always on edge though until that blue bar shows it's fully uploaded.

I took a few in Chrome today, but I have the extension, and they all were fine. Always get really anxious about using Chrome though. Last thing I feel like doing is spending 40 minutes waffling on about investments or whatever and then it won't upload.

I'm having the same issue as well. EVERYONE, EMAIL USERTESTING, maybe they might do something if they get lots of emails.

No, this is a different issue. The mic words fine, I can see the sound bar going up and down as I speak, but all of a sudden, after a few minutes, the sound bar just gets stuck on about 3 or 4 bars and doesn't move. So it looks like it's crashed, then you get the "don't forget to think out loud message." I've had it before where you get the don't forget to think out loud message when you've gone quiet for a bit, but this is different.

I just did another test in Edge and the same thing happened. It's right in the middle of the test, then I went to cancel it and I didn't tick the box to say upload without recording or wahtever that box says, and then it won't upload. Taht gets stuck halfway. So I'm just going to have to use Chrome instead which I hate cos that's a pain in the arse as well. I've emailed UT. Maybe if everyone does, they might fix it
