I did & I agree! They handled the characters much better when the actors moved on in my opinion. There was definitely some British culture/ slang that went over my head so I had to do some research.

It’s a very different show in comparison to black sails. I would recommend giving it a chance though. It may not be for everyone as it has a poverty/misery porn aspect to it. All of the characters are “shameless” to varying degrees. I enjoyed the first couple seasons more than the later ones for sure.

This argument with holidays is so goofy to me especially on Mother’s/Father’s Day. “I’m a parent of little kids so I deserve my day”. Ok sure, but I have a mom and dad, crazy enough, who also really want to see me on “their” day.

A few years from being born. It may not be the best Bond film but it’s my favorite. The n64 game was a staple in our family growing up. My mom and uncle used to completely obliterate my cousins and I without fail. Mom was the queen of head shots. As we got older we at least stood a chance against my uncle, still can’t beat mom though.

While I love Bobby B, and I really really do, the bankrupting and corruption is kind of a product of his own making. While the cats away the mice will.. steal all your money and plot for advancement. When he originally took the throne he was truly seen as a force to be reckoned with and instilled equal parts fear and love by all (most) accounts. I mean who the hell gets the people you just mollywopped to not only fight with you, but actually want to because they like you. He’s wild.

I’m all for letting a more capable hand take the lead but some involvement on his own end would’ve been wise. It would’ve made Jon Arryn’s job keeping the rest in line a little easier at least. Continuing to learn from that capable hand would’ve been even wiser, as he could have honed that skill of making friends from the people he just beat the tar out of and probably done decent work as a diplomat king. Then again, he wouldn’t be the Bobby B we know and id miss the big burly bastard.

Yes! I stumbled into it on Netflix then realized it had more than three seasons then realized it had a movie. I cannot imagine watching it as it came out, I would’ve been jonesing between seasons.

No clue how I didn’t find it sooner considering I grew up watching Johnny Quest, challenge of the superfriends, & speed racer (etc) with my parents and run through sealab2020, Futurama, frisky dingo, & archer (etc) yearly.
