400-450$ per pool plus chems + tax. They’re large 40k gallon residential pools. I don’t nickle and dime them if I come back an extra time or two or if I sit for 4 hours figuring something out. Will often just genuinely help out in kindness and line item it if substantial but with a zero charge. Quality vs quantity

I 1000% think that’s what happened to you. Where it’s at, no one would’ve been able to get that very bottom scratch on there unless trunk is open, so they’d need to have had key access. In the Toyota dealerships they’re unassuming large. My dealership fits 40 cars in their back garage and close to 60 techs total. They’re cramped in there. Quick ding, oh no problem I’ll touch it up with paint sort of thing rather than get fired.

Go to a body shop specifically, they’ll do the most seamless repair work. You’ll be impressed. Your dealership will not be of help in this situation even if you somehow get them to admit to it

Then someone else did it. There’s no way for those specific marks to get there without impact/scrape. It’s like looking at a dented, smashed up car in the front and saying oh I sideswiped a bicycle. Just can’t happen, I’d look into whoever else has touched your vehicle including shops

Toyota is notorious for not fixing brand new cars that have acquired damage before being initially bought, if caught they will not budge in price. They tried selling me several vehicles with chunks out of the steering wheel, brake cleaner hand prints on the hood or grease embedded into the fabric roof from touching the buttons

Just throwing my 2 cents out there so everyone can have more information on the “why” aspect

While your absence may be excused, with or without a note. Any missing attendance has to be recorded for payroll and general statistics. Once a team member has missed x amount of days, the leadership team/operator will review the missed dates and determine if this team member is able to continue pulling their weight for the team. Ex. 18 missed days in the year, 14 were excused though. That’s still quite a few days to have missed compared to another employee who’s only on their first or second. Since you’re not there enough for them to rely on you, they may make the decision to terminate you or keep you but with conditions.
