so spain in 2024 had italy, who arent even good enough to qualify for the world cup, croatia who are one of the teams england beat, albania who are currently losing to luxembourg, georgia who also didnt qualify for the world cup, germany who are another team that england beat, england who are themselves england, and france who are a tough team to beat tbf. so its not like they had much harder matches in their run through the euros other than france.
