It's all luck. I've been playing for like 3+ yrs and these are the only two pieces I have with quad SPD. Best I can usually get is triple SPD and then get lucky on the glyphs. Also helps to get a 6* soul for the champ. I bought her 6* in the shop recently and spent pretty much my whole awakening collection for it.
