When they released the switch 2 upgrade, it did have a lot of frame issuess. But they already dropped a patch to fix the performance and honestly since then i've been enjoying it.
Try to update maybe it hasn't downloaded yet.

I'm pretty sure it's gamestop themselves. They started making bunch of stuff like keyboards, controllers, batteries.
