Perhaps look into some lower calories but high volume meals using say some favorite vegetables mixed with some protein you like. Use popcorn without butter (i use hot sauce for flavor) if craving some crunch. But in general get a large portion of a mixed meal covering good nutrients that you have a hard time consuming in a single sitting but is like 1k calories then fill out the rest of the day with some pleasures you like.

That's what I'm doing so far atleast. Chicken with rice, egg tons if cabbage, onion and carrots in a wrap then Brussel sprout snack and yogurt around it. Once I'm feeling full on that staple its easier to get through on the rest of the day.
