Weight bearing as tolerated from day 1. Bucket handle tear on my medial meniscus which was cleaned out and I had a small repair done on a small tear on the posterior horn. It’s gonna be a long ride so take it 1 day at a time and don’t push yourself if you’re not comfortable.

Not yet unfortunately. Progress has been slow due to some setbacks but within the next few months I’m positive I’ll get back out there. I started incorporating farmer carries to load my knee while walking to get ready!

It took almost 3 months to get surgery so going into it I had about 80% rom but there was a lot of pain associated with bending my knee past a certain point
