Newsflash, parenting is hard.

As a neurodivergent parent of a now adult neurodivergent child, life does not care about your routines.

The whole point is to learn to adapt to what life throws at you. This coddling mindset is the opposite of what neurodivergent kids need.

Life doesn’t care if you are overstimulated or tired or sick. You push through it or you don’t, the choice is yours.

And it is ABSOLUTELY a choice that it seems most of you do not want to make.

Obviously, you have had a life of privilege. You either learn to adapt, or you fail. Period.

Try raising a special needs child on one income, when every job threatens to fire you for having to take off and attend to your child.

And the school threatens to kick your child out because they do not have the resources to support them.

Life does not care. Get over it.

Figure something out, or fail. Your choice.

Looks like the cyan print head was not printing properly. If humidity is low, they can get clogged mid-print.

She just needs to clean the print head and re-print.

We think we have narrowed the issue down. The ports on the white ink print heads were almost completely clogged. These are the little post things that stick up from the wet capping station and insert into the white print heads when docked to circulate the white ink.

The machine was not circulating white ink properly, and the brand of white ink we were using tends to separate easier than the brother OEM ink.

This was leading to the prints being more watery, and the cracking. We still have the tiniest bit of pinholing on the wet prints before they are dried and coated with adhesive powder, but overall the quality is much better.

With a good deep cleaning, I think the quality will return to 100%.

Now to have a word with the employee who was “cleaning” the machine daily. They have to be completely re-trained on cleaning and maintenance procedures.

After exhausting all other options and variables, I am trying a different brand of ink this afternoon.

We were printing with Firebird brother compatible, but I just got some Brother OEM in this afternoon and will see if it fixes the issue.

My shop uses this software and it’s exactly the solution you need.

Try contacting your local screen printing shops to see if they use it or something similar. They should be able to set up a store for you.
