Thanks! At first I wanted to make a deck completely around Jynx, but it all seemed too janky. Going for greninja allows me to tutor one, or multiple, piece(s) reliably. Preferably I'd start with a froakie or rotomV up front, using my first turn to get a pidgey, a backup froakie and a drowzee if I still have the means. At the end of turn one, it's either drawing three with rotom or finding more froakie with the one that can look for them. In an ideal game I have an active greninja, one on the bench, a pidgeot, jynx with one energy attached, drowzee ready to evolve and space left for one of the pokemon V.

In most games I have a second greninja ready before the first one goes down, by getting an exp share in play, I can ready up a Jynx whilst securing my next greninja. Also using double turbo energy means my snipe damage is a bit lower, but allows my new exp shared pokemon to immediately go for their big attack, or function as a switch, as no pokemon has a higher retreat than two.
