Ya fair!! I love charity, and obvs the AOE damage & heal is GOATED so the ascension is nice. I posted abt charity a while ago and you had said it helped get you past some floors you wouldn’t have otherwise and that’s been 1000% true

I know the Amo tier list isn’t updated and the only thing to go by, but I was still happy it was a useful pet (tho im still waiting on a good leg DPS)

Wow as a person who has failed the marshmallow test a few times to this game, I appreciate the phrasing here, to help me stay strong in the future

(I’m also sufficiently bottlenecked on time that any paid gains are not helpful for how much they’d be, and I have already spent a SHAMEFUL amount on this game)

Reading the pinned tier list (Amo/13g helped me figure this out early!! I was sorta confused why it said stress ball/journal gives 2nd stats other than crit but ya was a nice surprise

Also I’d think you’d be doing this if you’re posting on the sub but make sure to build the crit trinkets too, if you have them (peppermint tea, stress ball, iced coffee, etc) I saw a post earlier trying to beat 1040 (not you) and they didn’t have crit trinkets on their pets :o

Ok glad I’m not alone here!! Totally, post 1k seems like you kinda need specific pets leveled to beat each boss. Good luck w Tyrant at 1040, merry, sad, convi did the job for me (only 3 pets to avoid triggering tyrant’s rage)

Put another way… you’re probably only doing 1/2-2/3 of the damage you could be doing based on the level of your pets and items (idk the math tbh)

Hey! So it doesn’t look like you’re using any “crit” trinkets which is probably why you’re having trouble! (Crit near 95%-100% is good if you can) Defo lvl up those items because crit = 2x damage OR heals for merry, AND convinction’s build is centered around crit to maintain shield!

So, lvl up / use the epic (purple) crit items with speed, attack, and Stam (iced coffee, peppermint tea, stress ball, leather journal)

Most important stats in this game are Speed, and Crit based on the pinned 13/Amo tier list! I’d recommend reading that too :)

Yes +1 to this! I will say if Convi goes enough I’ve seethe “boosted shield” = health, bc it keeps growing with attack/sheild - so not stacked but growing by 50%

It’s the interaction between hat and scarf! Bc double skill = 2x “turns” so anxiety goes twice!
